At ZOUPW, we are committed to providing reliable products and responsive customer support. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through official ZOUPW sales channels or authorized sellers.

The warranty period begins on the date the original order is delivered to the original purchaser.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and abnormal product failures under normal use conditions.

If a valid warranty claim is approved, ZOUPW may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with a new or certified refurbished product
  • Replace the product with an equivalent or upgraded model
  • Provide a partial or full refund

Replacement products may be new or certified refurbished products of equal or greater performance.

4. Performance & Natural Degradation

Solar panels naturally experience gradual power degradation over time.

Normal power degradation within industry standards is considered normal product aging and not a product defect unless otherwise specifically stated.

Actual power output may vary depending on factors including:

  • Sunlight intensity and angle
  • Weather and temperature
  • Installation conditions
  • Geographic location
  • Shading conditions
  • Cable and connection losses

Temporary fluctuations in charging performance under changing environmental conditions are considered normal and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping Damage & DOA Claims

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or non-functional, please contact ZOUPW within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Failure to report shipping-related issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

For visible shipping damage, customers are encouraged to refuse delivery whenever possible.

6. Warranty Service Process

Before approving repair, replacement, or refund service, the ZOUPW support team may provide troubleshooting guidance or request additional diagnostic information.

In some cases, products may need to be returned for inspection.

Approved warranty returns may require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before products are returned.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, punctures, or misuse
  • Improper installation, wiring, or operation
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Use outside official product specifications
  • Water immersion, flooding, fire, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Improper transportation, handling, or storage
  • Use with incompatible third-party devices
  • Normal cosmetic wear, discoloration, scratches, or oxidation
  • Damage caused by long-term improper exposure or neglect
  • Commercial, industrial, or abnormal high-load usage beyond intended design
  • Shipping damage caused by carriers after delivery acceptance

Any modification or unauthorized alteration of the product may void warranty coverage.

8. Foldable Solar Panel Usage Notice

ZOUPW foldable solar panels are primarily designed for portable, temporary, outdoor, RV, camping, and emergency backup applications.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, foldable solar panels are not intended for permanent fixed installation or long-term high-voltage series system use.

Improper installation methods, long-term exposure to excessive heat, partial shading, unsafe wiring configurations, or continuous use beyond recommended specifications may affect product lifespan and warranty eligibility.

Customers are encouraged to follow all official installation and safety guidelines.

9. Certified Pre-Owned / Refurbished Products

Certified Pre-Owned (refurbished) products are fully inspected and tested before resale.

These products may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use but are verified to function properly before shipment.

Refurbished products include a:

6 to 12 Months Limited Warranty

Warranty coverage for refurbished products applies only to verified functional defects under normal use conditions.

10. International Orders & Cross-Region Service

Warranty service is generally available only in the original country or region of purchase.

For international warranty claims, customers may be responsible for additional:

  • Shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import or clearance fees

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with local electrical standards, regulations, and installation requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOUPW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

ZOUPW’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your location.

12. Warranty Period After Replacement

Products repaired or replaced under warranty do not receive a new warranty period.

Any repaired or replacement product will continue under the remaining original warranty period of the original order.

13. Product Use Guidelines

ZOUPW products are designed for portable, off-grid, outdoor, RV, residential backup, and emergency power applications depending on product specifications.

Please follow all official manuals, installation instructions, and safety guidelines when using the product.

Improper installation, unsafe wiring, operation outside official specifications, or unauthorized system modifications may void warranty coverage.

Customers are encouraged to regularly inspect cables, connectors, mounting systems, and electrical configurations for safe operation.
