Discount Code Policy

• Some exclusive product discounts cannot be used together with other products in the same order

Example

If a coupon code is specifically created for a certain solar panel model, it may not work when additional unrelated items are added to the cart.

In this case, customers may place separate orders to use eligible discounts individually.

Invalid or Expired Discount Codes

Gift Cards & Store Credits

If applicable, ZOUPW gift cards or store credits:

• Cannot be transferred or resold
• Remaining balances may be used on future purchases

If an order paid partially or fully with a gift card is refunded, the refunded amount will generally be returned to the original gift card or store credit balance.

Order Payment Notes

• Orders will only begin processing after payment confirmation
• Orders may be automatically canceled if payment is incomplete or flagged for fraud review
• Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider
