I got the 200w re-certified pannel thinking it was a great deal. WRONG. it only produced 105w on a clear full sunny day. I used a sun gauge to get an accurate angle to the sun. No improvement. I setup my 450w Zoupw folding panels and instantly got 470w! Those panels are the BOOM!. This 200w panel SUCK! Dont buy it!
